Screening process
DevStack filters the best candidates based on technical skills and english
Partner and Talent Match
Partner and IT Talent agree upon the service that will be hired
Monthly Payment
DevStack pays the IT Talent for the service given during the month
Contractual Agreement
Master Service Agreement ( MSA ) between all parties are signed
Recurring check-ups
DevStack makes sure to be doing recurring check up on the IT Talent and the Partner, just to make sure all parties are satisfied

What is the screening criteria?We take into consideration 5 factors: • Education • Work experience • English • People skills • Hard skills (Technical proficiency verified through standardized IT certification assessments) We assess and rank these 5 factors on a scale from 1 to 100 according to the specific role requirements. Based on the desired profile, we provide a PDF profile description for the talent, accompanied by a radar chart reflecting their strengths in each factor.

What happens if the talent is not what we are looking for?Our job is to ensure that both the talent and you are satisfied with the commercial offer proposed by DevStack before signing any contract, so the likelihood of this happening is very low. However, we understand that business needs may change, so we will ensure to provide you with new talent that fits those needs as quickly as possible

Can I get to know the talent before signing any contract?Certainly, we encourage you to do so, as it aligns with our recommendations. You have the option to conduct your own screening process for the talent, providing an additional layer of assurance. However, please be aware that conducting your screening process may extend the contract start date.

Do you provide the hardware? ( Laptop, microphone, etc )Yes, we do. However, if there is specific hardware that you require, we will kindly ask you to ship it to us. We will take care of the rest of the process.

Do I need a work permit or a VISA?No, a work permit or visa is not required. However, certain documentation needs to be completed and submitted to US authorities to comply with legal requirements. DevStack will guide and assist you through this straightforward process.

Can I do my work inside the United States?If you are non-US resident the answer is no, the work is entirely remote and conducted outside the US. Engaging in work within the US could have implications with the IRS. If there's a need for travel to the US, please communicate with us, and we will provide guidance accordingly.

How am I going to be paid?You will receive your payment via wire transfer at the end of each month.

Do I need to worry about paying my taxes and social security?DevStack will handle all necessary paperwork to ensure continuous compliance with relevant tax and social security authorities.
